Laguna (Circa 1895)
In a nutshell this 114.9 hectare or 283 acre property is a good cattle farm, consistently carrying 75 breeders and their progeny - often being prize winning calves. The reason is simple the quality of the country, the water and virtually ever inch of the farm is useable for good grazing. The high quality of the farm improvements are just a bonus. 80% of the country is gentle undulating open grazing country, with mostly soft heavy soils mixed with loamy soil - ideal for breeding and backgrounding cattle.
